[Contests] Winter Contest Registration

Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. Winter Contest 2025 (one of the three most important contests of the year for us) will be held on Saturday January 25th. So exactly two weeks from today. You can register on the website: https://wintercontest.io/signup. If you are not ICPC-eligible anymore (use this (https://cdn.vis.ethz.ch/cpc-eligibility2024) to check whether you are eligible), you can still participate, just click the "We are participating out of competition" button.
